PREAMBLE

 

Klokan Rental undertakes towards you and you undertake in return under the general and specific contractual conditions set out below, which you acknowledge having read prior to signing the Rental Agreement. The additional insurance and protection to which you may have subscribed are inapplicable in the case of non-compliance with the Rental Conditions. In this scenario, you are liable for all damages attributable to you (particularly those experienced by the Vehicle up to the Vehicle's market value).

It is understood that during the period starting from the date that you have taken delivery thereof till date, it is returned, I shall:

 

•  Take care and full responsibility for the said scooter and do not allow any unlicensed driver or any other persons to drive the scooter without the owner’s written consent.

•  Not to get involved in any illegal activity that may cause harm to the owner of the scooter.

•  Not to drive under the alcoholic influence. If found guilty, all losses will be borne by the driver.

•  To dispense the owner of the scooter any action, claim, or damage be it penal or civil arising out of any act and doing of mine and those of any person who may have used the scooter with or without permission during that period.

•  Inform the owner of any contravention with respect to road traffic offenses and pay any fine etc.., relating to such contraventions as imposed by the NTA or any court of justice within the delay prescribed by them.

•  In case of an accident involving the scooter, immediately inform the owner

DEDUCTIBLE and SECURITY DEPOSIT

Pay the sum of seven thousand rupees Rs 7,000 as insurance excess in case:

•  The scooter is stolen

•  The scooter is damaged due to an accident or otherwise

•  Any damage where the insurance company requires an excess

•  Return the scooter to the owner in good running condition as when it was taken it
 

Pay the sum of fifteen thousand RS 15,000 or twenty-five thousand Rs 25,000 depending on the category of the car.

Minimum age: 18 years old
Second driver: free
Deposit: not require
Fuel: must be returned with the same quantity previously provided.
Refund - Unused days and early returns will be refunded

VEHICLE CONDITION

The vehicle that is given to the Tenant under the rental contract is the one designated in the descriptive statement of the vehicle, drawn up contradictorily at the departure and return of the vehicle and indicating any visible damage to the vehicle, the level of fuel provided full tank at the start of the rental only for two-wheelers. By signing the contract, the Tenant agrees to the condition of the vehicle and accessories as mentioned in the description and recognizes them in good working order. The Tenant undertakes to return them in the same condition, failing which he will have to pay the value at the price of the scale available in agencies or the repair estimate made by EMCAR or Dewan Motors,  Any reservation on the condition of the vehicle or accessories must be made by the Tenant in the descriptive State, at the time of taking charge of the vehicle.
